A Factory Helper assists in the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. The role involves supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring smooth production processes..

Responsibility

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished goodsm
• Support machine operators during production
• Pack, label, and store products properly
• Maintain cleanliness of the factory and work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent
• Previous factory or warehouse experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
